・Several appetizers (kinpira wild mountain vegetables, miso-marinated whale, potato salad, broad beans)

・Fujisawa vegetables and wild bamboo shoots in a hot anchovy sauce (Bagna Cauda style)

・Duck tataki and aromatic vegetables dressed with wasabi

・Assorted sashimi of wild local fish with nerve-killed sashimi

・Starfish liver sashimi

・Stir-fried wild boar and wild vegetables

・Shrimp tempura

・Nihachi handmade soba noodles
